Terms of service
The ground rules for using this fan site, written in plain English and without any clause requiring a lawyer of your own. Last reviewed: September 2026.
By browsing this site you accept these terms. They are intentionally short — a fan-made editorial project about an arcade game does not need forty pages of otherwise.
1. What this site is
An independent, unofficial fan HQ for the Chicken Road arcade game: guides, breakdowns, a glossary and an answer library, produced by fans for fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the game's developer. The full framing lives on our about page and in the disclaimer.
2. Nature of the content
Everything here is fan commentary and editorial information about an entertainment product. Articles describe the game as an arcade of reaction and timing, played for fun. Where exact values matter — lane counts, tempo, score behavior per difficulty mode — our tables are summaries, and the game's own info panel is the authority. If our commentary and the panel disagree, trust the panel.
3. No warranties
The site is provided as-is, with no guarantees that content is complete, current for every game version, or suited to your particular purpose. Game details change between versions and we re-check when we can; we do not promise omniscience, only diligence.
4. Acceptable use
You're welcome to read, link to and quote this site with attribution. Not welcome: republishing substantial portions as your own work, presenting this site as official, or using its pages in any way that misleads people about what the project is.
5. Intellectual property
Chicken Road, its name and its game design belong to their respective owners; this site claims nothing there and uses its name descriptively, as fan commentary. The site's own text, layout and styling are the work of the fan project and may not be lifted wholesale.
6. External links
Where we point to the game's own materials or a developer's pages, we do so for reference. We don't control those destinations and can't vouch for their current state.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the fan project is not liable for decisions made based on the site's content. The advice pages are editorial judgment, not instructions carved in stone — and the desk would be suspicious of any website claiming otherwise.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the project evolves; the "Last reviewed" date above moves when they do. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
